State Funded Primary and Secondary School Offers

please provide the following for every state-funded primary and secondary school in your local authority for National Offer Day 2025 and National Offer Day 2026:



To clarify: the request covers the whole of the Lincolnshire authority area - no particular district.



On scope: my preference remains all state-funded primary and secondary schools, as per the original request. However, if compiling every item for every school would engage the section 12 cost limit, I am content for the detailed items (2-5 and 7-8) to cover oversubscribed schools only, provided the response still includes the full list of schools with items 1 and 6 (school name/URN and whether the school was oversubscribed). Undersubscribed schools can then be identified as having offered places to all applicants, which preserves the meaning of the dataset.



For clarity, questions 7 and 8 refer to appeals for the Reception (primary) and Year 7 (secondary) intake cohorts for the 2025 offer year (places starting September 2025).



1. The school name and DfE URN

2. The number of offers made under the sibling criterion

3. The number of offers made under any distance or proximity criterion

4. The admission criterion under which the last successful applicant was offered a place (e.g. "Distance", "Sibling", "Faith")

5. Where distance was the deciding criterion for the last successful applicant: the home-to-school distance of that applicant (i.e. the furthest distance from which a place was offered under the distance criterion), the unit of measurement (miles, metres, or kilometres), and whether straight-line or walking distance was used

6. Whether the school was oversubscribed

7. The number of admission appeals heard for the 2025 intake year

8. The number of those appeals that were upheld (place offered after appeal)



Please include every school even if limited data is available. If 2026 data is not yet finalised, please provide 2025 data and note that 2026 will follow.
