a) School Attendance Orders.
b) Decisions to prosecute for failure to comply with a School Attendance Order.
c) Revocation or withdrawal of a School Attendance Order.
d) Details of the criteria used by the Local Authority when deciding whether home education is suitable.
e) Any internal guidance given to officers on the evidence that should be considered when deciding whether to issue, maintain or revoke a School Attendance Order.
3) The number of:
a) School Attendance Orders issued.
b) School Attendance Orders revoked or withdrawn.
c) Prosecutions commenced for failure to comply with a School Attendance Order.
d) Convictions obtained for failure to comply with a School Attendance Order.
e) Please provide these figures for each of the last five academic years.
f) Copies of any standard letters, templates or checklists used by officers during the School Attendance Order process.
