With reference to the above claim - please can you provide copies of the below listed documents

Clarification:

I am simply requesting copies of documents that the LCC legal team has detailed in their email to me to support my claim PLPD25/00786. In my opinion this feels like a reasonable request for me to lodge an appeal for my recent pot hole incident.

Regarding the exact location should be clear from the references for the works order and enquiry number however to confirm the location is the A153 North Bound just after Foxendale crossroads.

Should this not be the location detailed within documents I have requested - then immediately this should be referred back to your legal department as it is this department that have listed these documents in rejecting my claim.  

Please can this be expedited whilst the matter is still reasonably recallable.
