Green Lane Maintenance

I am writing to request information regarding the carriageway condition, reported defects, and maintenance history for Green Lane, Marston.

Specifically, I request the following information for the period covering 07/05/2025 to 07/09/2026:



1) Reported Defects and Complaints: All records of complaints, public reports (including those submitted via FixMyStreet, web portals, phone, or app), and officer-identified defect reports regarding carriageway surface issues (potholes, crumbling asphalt, or general surface deterioration) on Green Lane, Marston.



2) Claims History: The number of formal claims for vehicle damage made against the Council regarding defects on Green Lane, Marston, during this 12-month period, including the status or outcome of those claims (e.g., accepted, rejected, settled).



3) Work Orders: Copies of all job orders, repair instructions, and completion notices issued for road surface repairs on Green Lane, Marston, during this time frame.



4) Hierarchy Assessment: Documentation confirming the current traffic volume data or assessment criteria used to designate Green Lane, Marston as a Hierarchy 4 road.

1) Reported Defects and Complaints – Please find attached the Street History Report which details the complaints, public reports submitted to Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) via fix my street and our Customer Services Centre regarding Green Lane, Marston from 7 May 2025 to 7th September 2026. I can confirm that we do not have any other documents relating to this request.
