Total Expenditure on Temporary Agency Staffing and Recruitment

I am writing to request information from Lincolnshire County Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, or under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 where that Act applies.



For the financial years 2024/25 and 2025/26, please provide:



1. Total expenditure on temporary agency staffing and recruitment services procured through ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) frameworks.

2. That expenditure broken down by ESPO framework reference number.

3. That expenditure broken down by supplier name.



If no agency staffing has been procured through an ESPO framework in this period, please simply confirm that. A one-line answer is a complete response and I will not follow it up.

3. LCC’s Supplier is Matrix. Matrix, as a managed service provider, is the only supplier we deal with agency via espo for agency.
