Cleaning Services Contracts

1. Current Contracts A list of all current contracts for cleaning services (including but not limited to general cleaning, specialist cleaning, window cleaning, washroom services, and janitorial supplies).

1. Current Contracts

a) VINCI Facilities Ltd provide all of the services mentioned.

b) 1st April 2025

c) 31st March 2035

d) We have previously published information about this contract which is already accessible here Waste Destruction Contract – Lincolnshire County Council It states the current supplier is VINCI Facilities. It also states the annual contract value is £8.8m. It provides the length of the contract and the Officer contact details

e) The contract provides all our FM services which includes soft and hard FM

f) Schools can choose whether to use VINCI Facilities for their soft FM however they are the budget holder and it is not mandatory so currently no schools receive soft FM via this contract. They will have their own arrangements in place
