Secondary admissions distances

Request the following information for each secondary school for which Lincolnshire County Council is the admission authority (community and voluntary controlled schools):

1. Please provide only the criterion under which the last place was offered at each school, together with the distance of that final offer - not a full breakdown of every distance/proximity criterion a school may hold.2. Please provide this for all secondary schools for which Lincolnshire County Council is the admission authority, regardless of whether they were oversubscribed in a given year. Where a school was not oversubscribed and all applicants were offered a place, that is itself useful information to me - please note this rather than omitting the school.

3) For the most recent five admissions rounds for which data is available (i.e. September 2022 through September 2026 entry), or as many of those years as you hold under your data retention schedule if fewer than five:

3a) the number of children admitted under a distance/proximity oversubscription criterion,

3b) and the distance (in miles or metres) of the furthest child admitted under that criterion.


4) Separately, where Lincolnshire County Council operates the co-ordinated admissions scheme for schools that are their own admission authority (academies, free schools, voluntary aided and foundation schools) in your area,

a) please could you also confirm whether the council holds equivalent last-distance-offered records for those schools as part of that co-ordination process, and if so, please provide the same information for those schools too.
