Commercial Advertising

I would like to know:

1) I am asking what commercial advertising takes place on LCC property (i.e. estate).  

2) What opportunities for generating income from commercial advertising does LCC have (e.g. bus shelters/ bill board hoardings etc.?

3) For example, LCC may own bus shelters, and let a contract to a third party commercial advertising distributor, such as JC De Caux. Examples of the commercial advertising might be MacDonalds or KFC.

4) For example LCC may have billboards against some of its properties and generate an income, either directly or indirectly, from commercial advertising.

1) None on LCC Highways owned Property, however, some on highway maintainable at public expense for which LCC is the Highway Authority.

2) LCC Highways currently has a commercial advertising policy for sponsorship of some roundabouts and verges in the county.
