To enable me to properly consider the Council's reliance on the Section 58 defence, I would be grateful if you could provide:

1) The full inspection record for 25 March 2026.



2) Any photographs taken during that inspection.



3) The defect intervention criteria applicable to carriageway defects around drainage ironwork.



4) The defect report that led to the repair undertaken on 18 May 2026.



5) Any measurements, assessments, or records made in relation to the defect when the repair was ordered or completed.
