Standard contract documents that address climate and sustainability

I am researching how local authorities' standard contract documents address climate and sustainability.

For clarity: I am asking only for blank, unpopulated standard documents. No supplier names, prices, bids or contract-specific information is sought, and nothing in this request relates to any live procurement.

1. General standard-form contracts. The council's current standard-form or template contract(s) for procuring services and goods, for each value band or procurement route the council uses - for example low- and high-value forms, below- and above-threshold forms, purchase order terms and conditions, and any standard terms used for frameworks or dynamic markets.

2. Optional and additional clause sets. Any standard additional, optional or modular clauses the council maintains for incorporation into the contracts at item 1 - for example intellectual property, data protection, cloud or IT services, safeguarding, or social value clauses. Please include the full set the council holds, not only those I have named.

3. Sector or purpose-specific standard forms, where held. Where the council uses a different standard document for a particular type of procurement, the current version of each - for example a consultancy or professional services agreement, a grant or funding agreement, a form used for health and social care services, or any other service-specific standard form the council maintains.

4. Construction and works. Where the council uses a commercially published standard form such as JCT or NEC, I am not requesting the published form itself. I am asking whether the council issues a standard schedule of amendments, Z-clauses, preliminaries or additional conditions that it routinely incorporates into that form; and if so, a copy of the current version. If the council uses the published form without any standard amendments of its own, please confirm that instead.

5. Standard tender-stage documents. The council's current template invitation to tender or request for quotation; its standard evaluation or award criteria; and any standard social value, sustainability or environmental questionnaire or method statement used in evaluating bids.

Version details: For each document supplied, where not stated on the document itself: its title, the date of the current version or last revision.

The Corporate Commercial and Procurement Service doesn't have standard wording in procurement template documents which addresses climate and sustainability.

This is an area that would be considered on a contract-by-contract basis.
