1) Highway inspection records for the 24 months preceding 23/01/2026.

Copies of all reports, complaints, enquiries or service requests relating to carriageway defects, potholes or road condition issues during the same period.

2) Details of all repairs undertaken during that period, including dates, locations and works completed.

3) The inspection record from 17/07/2025 referred to in your response.

4) Details of any vehicle damage claims, insurance claims or recorded incidents relating to defects on Jiggles Gate, Gedney, during the previous 24 months.

5) Any photographs, measurements, inspection notes or assessments relating to the defect that is the subject of my claim.

6) The documentation supporting the classification of Jiggles Gate as a Hierarchy 4 carriageway.

7) In addition, following my report, the defect that caused damage to our vehicle was subsequently repaired. I would therefore like copies of all records relating to that repair, including:

a) The initial defect report.

b) Inspection and assessment records.

c) Any photographs taken before or after the repair.

d) Repair orders and completion records.

e) Details of the defect dimensions and condition recorded by the Council.

f) Records showing when the defect was first identified and when the decision was made to repair it.

8) I would also appreciate clarification on whether information from third-party recovery organisations, such as the AA, forms part of the Council's assessment when determining whether a location has a history of incidents or defects.
