We have reviewed our internal reporting system and can confirm that, prior to the incident referred to in your claim, we had no reports of the defect concerned at your pinned location on Pottergate Road, Leadenham.

Following receipt of your claim, the Highway Officer responsible for the area attended the site and raised works on 27 March 2026 to address the defect relating to your claim.

The defect was subsequently repaired on 31 March 2026.

We can confirm that an enquiry was received on 2nd March 2026; however, this related to a different section of Pottergate Road, Leadenham, and was associated with a separate works order.

For your records, we have attached the Street History Report, which details the enquiries received and works orders raised for this location during the relevant period.

We hope this information provides clarification regarding the records held and the action taken in relation to defects reported along Pottergate Road, Leadenham.
