Risk categorization for forestry or arboriculture operations.

I would like to understand how your council categorises risk for forestry or arboricultural operations. I am specifically looking for the risk category, description and timeframe of each risk category you have. This should be easy to obtain from your relevant operational forestry or commisioning forestry team.
