Regarding the Jasmin Green housing development (Planning Reference: 2025/0478/FUL), which involves the construction of 50 new council dwellings off Aldergrove Crescent.

 I would be grateful if you could clarify the following points regarding the developer contributions:

Specific Allocations:

1) What exact Section 106 capital funding has been secured or allocated from these developments toward local primary education infrastructure or community capacity improvements?



2) Accessing Funds:

What is the formal process for St. Hugh's Catholic Primary School to register an interest and submit a request to secure a portion of these developer contributions for vital school improvements?
