I would like to make the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to Year 7 admissions to Bourne Grammar School.
I am looking to understand historic admissions patterns and would be grateful if you could provide the following information for each September intake from 2021 to 2026 inclusive, preferably in spreadsheet/CSV format where available.
1. The Published Admission Number (PAN).
2. The total number of applications received for Bourne Grammar School.
3. The number of first-preference applications.
4. The number of children who sat the relevant Lincolnshire 11+ tests and named Bourne Grammar School as one of their preferences, where this information is held.
5. The number of applicants to Bourne Grammar School who achieved the qualifying standardised score of 220 or above.
6. The straight-line home-to-school distance of the last child offered a place under the ordinary distance criterion on National Offer Day.
7. If held, the straight-line distance of the last child ultimately admitted under the ordinary distance criterion following waiting-list movements.
8. If held, the number of qualifying applicants living within each of the following straight-line distance bands from Bourne Grammar School:
0-2 miles
2-4 miles
4-5 miles
5-6 miles
6-7 miles
7-8 miles
8-10 miles
10-15 miles
Over 15 miles
9. In anticipation of the admissions criterion applying from the 2027 intake which gives priority to 24 of the highest-scoring qualifying applicants living within 15 miles of the School, I would also be grateful for historic anonymised score information, if held.
For each test year corresponding to the 2021-2026 intakes, please provide the combined standardised score of the:
1st highest-scoring applicant
10th highest-scoring applicant
24th highest-scoring applicant
25th highest-scoring applicant
50th highest-scoring applicant
100th highest-scoring applicant
Please restrict this part of the request to applicants who lived within 15 miles of Bourne Grammar School and who applied/named Bourne Grammar School as a preference, if that information is available.
Alternatively, if easier to provide, I would be very happy to receive an anonymised frequency distribution showing the number of such applicants achieving combined standardised scores within the following bands:
220-224
225-229
230-234
235-239
240-244
245-249
250-254
255-259
260+
