We also have survey data from 2019:

The technical data recording equipment was located near Waterloo Lane and commenced on 25th October It continued for a full seven-day period. A daily average of 6041 vehicles travelled through the survey area with an even flow in each direction. Analysis of the speed data showed that the average speed of vehicles was 29.9MPH with an 85th percentile speed of 35.7 MPH. the 2015 survey showed an average speed of 34.0 MPH with an 85th percentile speed of 40.0 MPH. The speed data showed some evidence that vehicles were exceeding the speed limit at a speed that would make the drivers liable to action/ prosecution by the Police.
