Gainsborough Admissions 2022 to 2026

1) To help us understand the admissions picture for previous years, please could you provide the following information for September entry in each of 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026:



a. The total number of children who sat the 11+ tests for QEHS/Gainsborough.



b. The number of children who achieved the qualifying aggregate score of 220 or above.



c. The total number of Year 7 places offered on National Offer Day.



d. The number of children who achieved the qualifying score of 220+ but were not offered a place due to distance/oversubscription, and, if available, how many of these applicants lived more than 9 miles from the school.



e. The furthest home-to-school distance (in miles) at which a place was offered on National Offer Day, including which admissions criterion/category that offer fell under.



f. The range of aggregate standardised 11+ scores achieved, showing the lowest and highest scores.

In addition, for applicants living more than 9 miles from QEHS, please could you provide:

●The lowest aggregate 11+ score that received an offer on National Offer Day in each year.

●The lowest aggregate score that eventually received an offer from the waiting list, if this information is held.

●The number of applicants from more than 9 miles away who received offers in each year.



I appreciate that previous admission data cannot predict the outcome for September 2027, but this information would be extremely helpful
