The Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF)

The request concerns information on the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF).
Please supply the following:

1) How many children were registered as adopted or under special guardianship
in your area for the following years; 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.

2) How much money is provided in a calendar year (1 Jan to 31 December) to your council through the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund, from the Department for Education? Please provide information for the following years; 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.
 
3) How many individuals apply for this fund? Please provide information
for the following years; 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.
 
4) Please break these down into gender (e.g. male, female, trans or whichever way you record data) and ethnicity (e.g. white, Asian, black, mixed race etc. or whichever way you record data) for the corresponding years. This can be categorised (e.g 10 male, 3 white,
3 black, 4 Asian).
 
5) How many individuals receive this fund? Please provide information
for the following years; 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.

6) Please break these down into gender (e.g. male, female, trans or whichever way you record data) and ethnicity (e.g. white, Asian, black, mixed race etc. or whichever way you record data) for the corresponding years. This can be categorised (e.g 10 male, 3 white,
3 black, 4 Asian).
 
7) How much was assigned to each child that successfully applied to the fund for the following years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.
 
8) How much was returned from unspent accounts to the Department for Education for the following financial years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025.

If I have exceeded the request under section 12 of the FOIA, please provide the information for the most recent years e.g., 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
