Road Closures for Sewer Connection CDC Hospital Boston

If you could please help me with the following information the building of the new CDC hospital in Boston Lincs for the NHS.

1) I would like to know if they have applied for a road closure for a sewer connection for Spain road.

2) if so position of the connection any plans showing this would be greatly appreciated and dates when applied for

There is both a Spain Lane and a Spayne Road, but not a Spain Road. The information provided is relevant to Spayne Road due to its proximity to the NHS development site.

A TTRO application to close Spayne Road for the purpose of 2 x sewer/storm water connections was received on behalf of the NHS on 09/09/26 with the intention for works to take place between 16-20/11/26.

Due to the absence of an associated S.50 Licence required to place and retain private apparatus within the highway, the road closure application has not been progressed and the original application has been cancelled pending a new application from another 3rd party. I’ve provided copies of the plans associated with the original TTRO, but I am unable to state the proposed installation dates until a new application is received and successfully processed.
