2) The highway officers inspection and report of Pottergate Road, Leadenham dated 27.1.25 (in accordance with the LCC letter there should be 4 reports  for this period- due to the category of road) I would like all 4 reports please.

3) The Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Plan referred to below

4) Details of any reported incidents or complaints relating to this section of highway between 27.1.25 and the date and todays date

5) The LCC's representative refers to a Highways Inspector 'confirms that there were no safety issues at this time' please present as part of this FOI request that inspector's name and a signed copy/transcript of the statement.

4. Details of any reported incidents or complaints relating to this section of highway between 27.1.25 and the date and todays date – Please find attached the Street History Report which details this information.

5. The LCC's representative refers to a Highways Inspector 'confirms that there were no safety issues at this time' please present as part of this FOI request that inspector's name and a signed copy/transcript of the statement – Please find attached the Street History Report which has this information highlighted regarding the inspection. With regards to the Inspectors name, under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act this information will not be provided because it relates to identifiable individuals and disclosure would breach data protection legislation.”
