I am writing to follow up on a previous FOI request submitted as part of this research. (15947817)
To assist us in better understanding the reach and implementation of the programme, please can you provide - for each year in the period 2018-2025 (or the fullest extent available) and for each district council within the county - any available data held by the council in relation to the following points, broken down separately by holiday period (Christmas, Easter and Summer; and where applicable February, late Spring and October half-terms):
1. the number of child-day-places commissioned in each holiday
2. the number of child-day-places attended in each holiday
3. the overall number of unique children who participated in the programme in each holiday
4. the overall number of unique children in receipt of FSMs who participated in the programme in each holiday
5. the number of unique children with SEND or additional needs who have participated in the programme in each holiday
6. the number and proportion of unique children who are in the primary school age range, the secondary school age range, and any children outside of those age ranges who attended the programme in each holiday
7. whether the council received or used funding from sources other than the Department for Education's HAF grant to support the delivery of HAF activities. This includes funding from private sources (such as charitable institutions), as well as funds that were reallocated to the HAF programme from other government funding sources (such as the Crisis and Resilience Fund or the Household Support Fund).
8.the amount of any such additional funding,
9. the source of the additional funding, and 10. postcodes of all venues where the HAF programme was delivered, listed separately for each holiday period.

1-6. See table attached
7-9. We are unable to provide the data split by council district, as this information is not held in a format required for DfE reporting and is therefore not routinely collected or reported at district level. While we do map provision by district, producing this breakdown would require a manual review and reclassification of individual child-level records. This process would exceed the time limits set out for responding to FOI requests.
