Service Description

This engaging and informative training session provides learners with a foundational understanding of domestic abuse, exploring its various forms, common myths and stereotypes, and the wide range of individuals who may be affected. Participants will gain insight into the dynamics of power and control within abusive relationships and the profound impact this can have on victims and children. The workshop also addresses the complex barriers that can prevent someone from leaving an abusive situation and offers practical guidance on how to effectively support victims of domestic abuse.

Availability

Training is a via e learning taking 2-3 hours, but can be undertaken in stages.

Cost

Free to maintained schools. All others £25 plus £5 VAT.
