Introduction

The ‘can you see me’ education pack has been developed to explore teenage relationship abuse through the use of a film and accompanying lesson plan. It is aimed at year 9 and above.

This training can be used as evidence towards helping you achieve SMSC.

Outcomes

The full education pack contains a DVD and education resource booklet of lesson plans.  Staff can extend or swap around activities to suit their needs/ time available.

Produced by Women’s Aid and the Co-op, this education pack provides teachers with all the resources they need to deliver a Domestic Abuse/ Healthy Relationship’s session to their students

Rural Media Charity are now hosting these resources and the DVD is available on the website.

Hard hitting DVD which is an excellent discussion base for getting students to talk about what is healthy or not in a relationship. Lesson plan guides the teacher through the why and how of domestic abuse.  It ensures students know where they can access help and support. An excellent tool for showing how schools incorporate PSHE/SMSC and British Values into lessons.
