To make a modification order to add, to the definitive record, two public rights of way. A Byway Open to All Traffic (BOAT) along Heath Lane, from its junction with Carlton Road to Ordnance Survey grid reference SK 9719 4580. A Restricted Byway along Heath Lane, from Ordnance Survey grid reference SK 9719 4580 to its junction with Ancaster Restricted Byway No.12 at grid reference SK 9716 4602. A width of 18.29 metres (the metric equivalent of 60 feet) to be recorded for the Restricted Byway and the majority of the BOAT. A narrower width, varying between 7 and 13 metres, to be recorded for the southern end of the BOAT between SK 9712 4477 and SK 9713 4485.
