3. The child is the child of a member of staff who has been employed at the school for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission to the school is made or is recruited to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage
4. The school is the nearest one to the home address by straight line distance.
5. Straight line distance from home to the school, priority given to those living closest.

If distance is not sufficient to distinguish between applicants for the last place then a lottery will be conducted.
