   1. Where the member of staff has been employed at the Trust for two or more years at the time the application for admission is made or
   2. The member of staff is recruited to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.
4. The school is the nearest one to the home address by straight line distance.
5. Straight line distance from home to the school, priority will be given to those living closest.

If distance is not sufficient to distinguish between applicants for the last place then a lottery will be conducted.
