  • books - a selection of books relating to the history of Sleaford and the surrounding area, including The Book of Sleaford by Simon Pawley and Mid–Victorian Sleaford 1851 to 1871
  • directories - Kellys and Whites covering a variety of years between 1872 and 1937
  • newspapers on microfilm:
    • Stamford Mercury 1799 to 1900
    • Sleaford Journal 1885 to 1929
    • Sleaford Gazette, Standard 1858 onwards (incomplete)

  • maps - a selection of OS maps for Sleaford and surrounding villages dating from 1767 to 1984
  • illustrations - a small collection of photographs of Sleaford and surrounding area dating from c1900s
  • ephemera - a collection of manuscripts and documents donated by a Mr Daykin covering sales of land, livestock, property and contents dating back from the 19th Century and early 20th Century
