88 Knight Street, Pinchbeck: drain maintenance and flooding issues - Find a freedom of information request

1. What information does Lincolnshire County Council hold in regards to the drains maintenance and flooding issues bordering 88 Knight Street, Pinchbeck PE11 3RB?

This information would include complaints made to the highways department about drainage/flooding issues and accidents that have happened on the footpath bordering the property over the past five years

This information would include (but not limited to) emails and phone correspondence, photographic evidence that we have produced and any responses that you have made, any internal communication that you have had and any responses made (including repairs) in respect of this issue including those for the legal team at Lincolnshire County Council offering us an opportunity to claim up to the sum of £3,000.

A number of complaints have been made in respect of this and these will be referenced using different fault numbers as per your procedures. 

One of the fault numbers is ref: 4125217, this is not however the only one and I ask that you include information relating to other fault references that refer to this issue at this address.

1. Lincolnshire County Council highways department advise that the records show that the gullies were last cleaned in this area on the 29 May 2019. Those along the footway were not done as the vehicle could not reach them due to low trees (see below diagram highlighted by the orange squares). Highways will arrange for the jetter to return in the next two months to clean the gullies and jet the pipes.
