In accordance with Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are advised that Lincolnshire County Council does  hold information that falls within the description specified in your request.

 

1. Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information as mayors are elected by town, borough and city councils.

2. I can confirm that the average amount of FOI's received per month were 126

3. No Lincolnshire County Council's Information Governance Department does not have a third party service.

4. No FOI and SAR requests are dealt with by a separate Team located within the Resources Directorate. The Information Governance Team is also located within this Directorate.
