Deferred Payment Agreements Adult Social Care - Find a freedom of information request

Our Freedom of Information request centres on the implementation of deferred payment agreements in regards to adult social care.

For each of the financial years below, how many applications did the council receive for deferred payments with regards to care homes and how many (% or raw number) of these were accepted?

Please provide data for the following financial years?

a)         1 April 2019 – Present Day (Please indicate which day you calculate this)

b)         1 April 2018 – 31 March 2019

c)         1 April 2017 – 31 March 2018

a)      Lincolnshire County Council received 72 applications from 1st april 2019 ( to 1st August 2019) for deferred payments with regards to care homes

b)      Lincolnshire County Council received 114 applications for deferred payments with regards to care homes from 1 April 2018  to 31 March 2019

c)       Lincolnshire County Council received  110  applications for deferred payments with regards to care homes from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018

Lincolnshire County Council do not record rejected cases, but in Lincolnshire we do try and offer Deferred Payments wherever possible so think these numbers will be small.
