Deaths under Youth Offending Team Supervision - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please can you tell me:

    

a) How many children have died under Youth Offending Team supervision between May 2018 - July 2019 (or the closest period you have available).

Where possible, please provide the following information for each case;

• Gender

   

• Age/date of birth

• Classification (eg. Awaiting classification, homicide, natural causes, self-inflicted)

   

• Whether they had previously, or were at the time of their death, a looked after child -

• Ethnicity

• Whether they had previously spent time in secure settings - a secure training centre or YOI
