Lincolnshire County Council use Mosaic from Servelec as their case management system for adult social care.
The annual support charge for the systems £83,050
The contract was an initial five years (which ran until the start of this year - 2019) with the opportunity to extend for a further five years in periods of no less than one year at a time. We have extended the contract initially for two additional years until early 2021.
