I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
1.The numbers of year 7 aged pupils who are on an Education, Heath and Care (EHC) plan who are not attending a secondary school currently but remain on the council’s roll (i.e. they are not being electively home educated).
2. The numbers of the same students as described in question one at the same point in 2019, 2018 and 2017. - Decision
