Please can you provide a breakdown of results for children who have sat the 11+ entrance exams for Queen Elizabeth's High School, Morton Terrace, Gainsborough DN21 2ST:


1. For 2019:


a. The total number of children who sat the entrance exam in each of the four years.


b. The total number of children who passed the entrance exam in each of the four years.


c. The total number of children living in the school’s catchment area who were offered a place together with their standardised score for each of the four years.


d. The total number of children living outside the school’s catchment area who were offered a place together with their standardised score for each of the four years.


e. The number of children living outside the school’s catchment area who passed the entrance exams but did not get a place in each of the four years. Please could you note the highest unsuccessful score for each year.


2. For 2018:


a. The total number of children who sat the entrance exam in each of the four years.


b. The total number of children who passed the entrance exam in each of the four years.


c. The total number of children living in the school’s catchment area who were offered a place together with their standardised score for each of the four years.


d. The total number of children living outside the school’s catchment area who were offered a place together with their standardised score for each of the four years.

The in-catchment and out-catchment data is based on number of applicants meeting those criteria alone. This won't include applicants who met any of the other oversubscription criteria such as 'sibling', 'looked after child' or 'EHCP' (Education, Health and Care Plan).


The range of scores for those applicants in the 'in-catchment' criteria only shows '220+' because the score is irrelevant for these applicants as long as they 'passed' the test which meant they scored 220 or above.
