To convert a length of footway on the A15 between Northorpe and Thurlby to a shared cycle and pedestrian way under sections 65(1) and 66(4) of the Highways Act 1988.
The Cycletracks Act 1984 will apply to this length should the proposal be confirmed and will be distinguished by special signs and markings.
