Lincoln Eastern Bypass - Design and Check Certificates - Find a freedom of information request

Could we please see copies of the council approved/signed Design & Check Certificates for the Highway Structures associated with the new Lincoln Eastern Bypass.

The structures of interest relate to a culvert beneath Greetwell Lane with the scheme reference 1054738.

The Design & Check Certificate is a document to prove that the structure has been built to the relevant standards and is to the Local Authorities requirements.

The structure is designated as a category 0 structure in accordance with BD2 and therefore is not subject to the need of an AIP.

As the structure was designed by Lincolnshire County Council and they were also acting as the Technical Approval Authority and Overseeing Organisation the design and check certificate was not necessary.
