1. There have been 60 grievances raised by employees of LCC in the last 3 financial years. Place did not exist as a Director Area until after the period the request covers. However, of the 60 grievances raised in the last 3 financial years 9 were in the Director Area of Environment & Economy.

2. Of the 60 grievances, 19 appeals were submitted, 2 of which were in Environment & Economy.

3. Of the 60 grievances, 7 were upheld of which 1 was within Environment & Economy and of the 19 submitted for appeal of the 3 that were upheld 2 were within Environment & Economy.
