1. The date that Tamar Selby Group Ltd applied to the Local Authority for the determination of updated planning conditions to be attached to the planning permissions for the winning and working of minerals at Sudbrook Quarry, Land West of Rookery Lane, Sudbrook

2. The date that the local authority agreed to upgrade the road at Rookery Lane so that it could be widened and reinforced so that it would be suitable for the carriage of heavy goods vehicles (currently it is not) and any associated minutes of the Highways and Planning Department within the LA where this was agreed.

3. Local authority policies outlining the notification periods that residents should be given for planning permissions stated above so they have ample time to respond to the Local Authority"

2. This road has been raised to this authority for maintenance works for a number of years from both the Local Member Councillor R Wootten and the Parish Council; a scheme for this road has been in existence pending funding.

The scheme was fully identified as part of the LCC asset management strategy in early 2018, with the commencement of detailed design starting in early 2018. Bed Ref H4W0044

The scheme designs do not go through a formal process of committees and as such there are no formal minutes.

 

3. This is a statutory time period of 30 days set by the Government, please see Article 19(6) of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017; Articles 15 & 16 of the Development Management Procedure Order and Lincolnshire County Council's Statement of Community Involvement.
