b. Whilst LCC does not have a communication plan to disseminate the strategy document, the delivery of the strategy is being tracked through an action plan. Furthermore, as part of the preparation and development of the strategy, young people and care leavers were fully include in the planning and development of this strategy and therefore they have a clear voice within it.
