- to understand the different emotions and why each emotion is important
- to reflect on what makes us feels these emotions
- to learn techniques we can use to help us cope with emotions
- to practice communicating our emotions to each other
- where we can go for support and help

An interactive workshop focused on understanding and managing emotions through discussion and hands-on activities.
Workshop Highlights:
- explore a range of emotions and how our bodies respond to them.
- recognise that all emotions are valid and important.
- identify personal emotional triggers by writing or drawing something that makes them feel:
- happy
- sad
- anxious
- learn coping strategies using a fun, interactive “emotional toolbox” activity, covering:
- what to do in the moment
- how to calm down
- what to do after an emotional event
- apply their learning to scenario-based questions, choosing appropriate responses for different situations.

This workshop is available to all year 2 students across Lincolnshire. The sessions are either a morning or afternoon. Please contact to discuss availability.
