We have been advised by the government that 63 million pounds has been generated to local councils to be used to ensure that families get the help they need during these arduous times.

1. Could you please advise how much has been allocated to our area?

2. What schemes have been put in place?

1. Lincolnshire received £823,984 from this fund

2. £391,000 - to provide grants to organisations to meet immediate food need in local communities; and to individuals / families for white goods and / or utilities £215,000 - to provide grants to existing new and emerging local community schemes supporting families in need £10,000 - to provide emergency food parcels to individuals and families in immediate need via large local retailer £207,984 - to provide emergency food parcels to individuals and families in immediate need via Local Resilience Forum

3. £489,584 had been spent as at 01/03/21. The remaining sum continues to be spent as needs are identified.
