I would be grateful if you would provide the following information:

1. The number of cases forwarded for consideration for prosecution to the magistrates for any cases relation to the Highways Act 1980.

2. The number of successful prosecutions.

3. How many cases have you recovered monies from the offender and what offence.

4. How many skips have been removed off the highway.

5. Highway Enforcement Officer Pay Grade.

6. How many Highway Enforcement Officers carry out the role for the Council.

Decision

1. From the information on the system one successful prosecution, one matter pending trial.

2. One successful prosecution.

3. Costs recovered in the one case, s.219/220 Highways Act 1980.

4. Zero.

5. No such job exists. Lincolnshire County Council does not have a separate person that deals with highways enforcement.
