Unlisted Council Expenditure - Find a freedom of information request

Request

Please can you tell me approximately for financial years 2011-2020 the following total expenditure by Lincolnshire county council on the following (If a specific grant was given by government or other funding body to you just for a specific spending item then that can be ignored it is just the net amount funded by the county council from its general income).

I can't see it is shown on the published accounts.

1. Alcoholic beverages provided free to Members /Guests/Public.

2. Site fees staff time and accommodation hire at Lincolnshire Show.

3. Staff time and all expenditure plus grants or subsidy given to East Midlands Trains and East Midlands Railway for routes Gainsborough to Spalding and Grantham to Skegness i.e. the Redwing and Poacher Line (if the grant covered the whole line i.e. into other areas then that's fine just the total amount LCC provided for each line).

The info does not have to be very detailed, to the nearest 100k for each would be absolutely fine.

Decision

1. Alcoholic beverages are not generally provided by LCC with any minimal provision being incidental to events such as awards ceremonies. The cost is therefore not separately identifiable from the wider event cost.

2.

2015 - 2016 £30,945.36
2016 - 2017 £20,757.80
2017 - 2018 £9,356.39
2018 – 2019 £38,886.90
2019 – 2020 £21,335.50
2020 - 2021 £1,875.41

3. In terms of a budget, LCC provide support/budget of £9-£10K per annum for the Poacher line. LCC have a dedicated Partnership Officer, but they are funded by grants from rail companies and most of the income is from grants paid to LCC, rather than LCC providing grants to rail companies.
