Decision

1. If more specialist medical advice is needed on adjustments, employees are referred to Lincolnshire County Council's (LCC's) Occupational Health Provider.

2. LCC's Occupational Health provider is Health Management Ltd.

3. Occupational Health was purchased through a tender on the ESPO framework.

4. The current Occupational Health contract ends on 9 March 2022.

5. Annual spend on Occupational Health assessments in 2019/2020 was £3,150.
