5G Strategy - Find a freedom of information request

1. Do you have a 5G strategy?

1.1 If yes, I request to see the complete strategy, its ambitions and its objectives.

1.2 If yes, has the public had the opportunity to read and understand LCC 5G strategy? Where was this information published?

1.3 I also request a supplementary document that includes the highest level of detail on all 5G technology that's planned to be used and current in use in public spaces within LCC

(a) Companies and entities involved and the names of the company/entity officers.

(b) Specification sheets of all 5G technology.

(c) What technology e.g. units, arrays and street lighting are not currently 5G, but can be 5G enabled e.g. with current software, future software, hardware upgrades or retrofitting?

2. Please can you provide all documentation on the street light upgrades. This is to include full specifications and technical documentation and 5G capabilities, transmitters and/or receivers within new street lighting infrastructure.

3. Does all Lincolnshire County Council street lighting have 5G capabilities?

3.1 If yes, is this infrastructure live/active?

4. If new street lighting infrastructure has 5G capability and not yet active, what date is it due to go live?

2. No LCC street lighting is being upgraded for 5G. We have had some approaches from third party companies to attach 5G equipment to LCC street lights, but none has been approved or installed as yet.

3. No LCC street lighting has 5G capability.

4. No LCC street lighting has 5G capability.
