Regarding the response to FOI 1400399.

Repairs carried out on 14 April 2021 in the Scotney Drive and Kennilworth Rd area.

The on-line report LCC received for Scotney drive was from a member of the public on 26/01/2021 enquiry number 385774 which generated an 80 day response time job (in line with policy) which was completed on the 14th of April 2021 at 14.37pm. LCC have had no reports for Kenilworth Road since April 2020but officers had identified some areas needing repair and the team completed 4 other jobs on Kenilworth Road on the same day. This appears to be the sum total of works completed on that day by the team.

 

1.Could I politely ask for the location of the 4 repairs on Kenilworth Road, Grantham on 14/04/21.

 

2.What time did each individual repair start and complete using the same method as your original response to enquiry (repair) number 385774

 

3.Who reported the incidents on Kenilworth Road which received attention on 14 of April 2021?

Was it a member of the public, SKDC Cllr, Lincs CC, Parish Cllr, police, Highway from SKDC/ LCC or other.

Decision

1-3.The 4 repairs are as follows:

3068810 job raised 23.11.2020 (6 day priority) work completed 14.04.2021, works started 13:39, and works finished 13:40 - location outside no 58. Picked up by a Highways officer on routine inspection.

The reason for this job being overdue was because LCC was struggling to meet demand and some more urgent orders were missed this one included, Where we had less urgent ones on the same street we made the decision to complete all the works even if they were longer response timescales.

3090918 job raised 25.03.2021 (80 day priority) work completed 14.04.2021, works started 13:36, and works finished 13:37 – location opposite the bus stop on Kenilworth Road. Picked up by a HO on routine inspection.

3090919 job raised 25.03.2021 (80 day priority) work completed 14.04.2021, works started 13:37, and works finished 13:38 – location opposite the bus stop on Kenilworth Road. Picked up by a HO on routine inspection.

3090890 job raised 25.03.2021 (80 day priority) – work completed 14.04.2021, works started 14:38, works finished 14:38 this job was actually raised on Wardour Drive asset but on Kenilworth Road junction. Picked up by a HO on routine inspection.

The 80 day response times were completed well within that timescale, just because it made sense to do all the ones while we were there. We have to issue one order per defect.
