Yellow Lines Greestone Place, Lincoln - Find a freedom of information request

The single yellow lines in Greestone Place Lincoln LN2 1PR have recently been extended by approximately 20 meters, my request is:

Has the due process of extending these yellow lines and parking restriction been followed?

The lines being extended has taken away the only parking space available to local residents.

The refreshed and added lining in the area was to correlate with the Traffic Regulation Order for the area specifically the no waiting (Monday to Saturday – 8am – 6pm) which is denoted by signage and a single yellow line.

This was done following concerns and complaints that Lincolnshire County Council's parking enforcement team were not able to properly enforce on the 2012 Traffic Regulation Order as above due to lining and signage not being consistent with the order.

Therefore yes - there is a legal order relating to the lines recently refreshed on Greestone Place
