Please can you provide the following?
1. The number of individuals living in Lincolnshire County Council area care homes split by age 0-18yrs, 18yrs-65yrs, 65yrs+ in Learning Disabilities Residential Care & Nursing Care (please split out) at the end of May 2021 funded by the Lincolnshire County Council and the Average Weekly Fees per person.
2. The number of individuals living outside of Lincolnshire County Council area care homes split by age 0-18yrs, 18yrs-65yrs, 65yrs+ in Learning Disabilities Residential Care & Nursing Care (please split out) at the end of May 2021 funded by the Lincolnshire County Council and the Average Weekly Fees per person.
3. The number of individuals living in Supported Living Accommodation at the end of May 2021 funded by the Lincolnshire County Council and the Average Weekly Fees.
4. The number of individuals living outside of Lincolnshire County Council area but funded by Lincolnshire County Council in Supported Living Accommodation (Learning Disabilities) at the end of May 2021 and the Average Weekly Fees per person. Please breakdown in to care costs and housing costs.
5. Please can you also provide me with the following information for 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21, YTD 2021/22:
a. The number of new placements in to Adult Learning Disability residential services funded by Lincolnshire County Council and the weekly fee paid for each of these new placements. Please specify whether the placement was nursing or residential and whether it was within Lincolnshire County Council Area or outside of area.
b. The number of new placements in to Adult Learning Disability supported living funded by Lincolnshire County Council and the weekly fee paid for each of these new placements and whether it was within Lincolnshire County Council Area or outside of area. Please breakdown in to care costs and housing costs.
