Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know:
1. The total funding available to the council from all sources.
2. Total annual spend on OpEx.
3. The total annual energy (gas & electric) operational spend on council managed property assets.
4. And, if time permitting, the percentage of the energy that comes from renewable sources. If possible, I would like this data broken down by financial year for the last five years, with whatever year-end is used internally.
If you are unable to provide five years of data, please provide three years of data, otherwise please provide data for the last two years.
