Non-Disclosure Agreements 2016 - 2020 - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to know, over the last five years, how many non-disclosure agreements (NDA) have been put in place.

I would like this broken down for each year: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, along with the financial payment made for each NDA.

The council has not entered into any non-disclosure agreements with former employees in any of the years as specified in the request. The council interprets these as agreements that outline confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes. This interpretation does not include settlement agreements which are occasionally used to agree specific terms for the ceasing of an employment relationship.
